Orders

We will proceed to checking stocks once we have received your full payment. This process will take 1 - 7 days depending on the amount of order we have on hand. If all your orders are in stock, we will ship your orders in less than 2 days.

Otherwise, we would need to place orders which will take up to 7 - 14 business days. We normally place orders on the 15th and 30th of every month so please place orders prior to the dates. We will notify you via email once we have shipped out your orders and it will usually take less than 10 business days to reach you.

If orders are placed on Out-of-Stock items, you will be notified and are eligible to exchange to another item or you may choose to drop the order. If full payment were already being made, we will make a full refund for that particular item.
